About our team

We capture youth sports events, Media Days, community programs, tournaments, training summits, and organizational moments across Alberta. Our crew works on-site, hands-on, creating visuals that serve athletes, coaches, families, and community organizations.
This is a space for creators who want real experience, real responsibility, and work that makes a difference - shooting live projects, supporting production, and delivering media that actually gets used, not practice content.

Before applying, here’s what you can expect:

We don’t chase trends - we document moments that matter and deliver them with purpose.

Our Philosophy

We approach every project with the mindset that media is more than photos and videos - it’s responsibility, collaboration, and delivery that serves real people. We capture on-site moments, stories, and interviews, then shape them into media that gets delivered with purpose - helping youth sports and community organizations connect, communicate, and grow.

Media&Motion is a Calgary-based sports media agency specializing in youth sports photography, videography, and Sports Media Day production.

We work with clubs, schools, and sport organizations across Calgary and Alberta, providing event coverage, athlete portraits, highlight videos, storytelling films, and custom graphic design assets - including posters, player cards, and branded templates - that help programs present themselves consistently on and off the field.

From Sports Media Days and game-day coverage to fundraising and long-form story films, our work is built around the athlete experience, the flow of the event, and visual systems that remain useful long after the season ends.
