This Media Day project by Media&Motion brought professional sports photography and video production to one of Calgary’s leading basketball programs - capturing 18 teams and 145 athletes. We delivered a fast, organized, and high-energy experience for players, coaches, and parents, transforming a standard photo day into a full creative event.
Our setup included multiple lighting stations, on-site previews, and personalized QR codes for easy online access - ensuring every athlete received a professional, memorable experience from start to finish.
We turn photo day into a media experience - efficient, creative, and built to make every athlete feel like a pro.
Each player was photographed in dynamic studio-style lighting - highlighting focus, confidence, and movement.
We then designed custom posters, trading cards, and digital bundles, combining photography with graphic design to give families premium visuals they can print, share, and celebrate.
Our streamlined workflow blended storytelling with efficiency - delivering hundreds of personalized galleries through a seamless online system.

Media&Motion is a Calgary-based sports media agency specializing in youth sports photography, videography, and Sports Media Day production.
